JEFF RIBERDY

Jeff Riberdy was born in Wiesbaden, Germany.  His father, a military pilot, and his mother, a CPA, raised him in Killeen, Texas - just near the Army base, Ft. Hood.  A quiet child, Jeff found his time playing sports with his fellow neighborhood kids.  He fell in love with baseball and played it until graduating high school.  He says the Major League baseball team the Texas Rangers were his best friends growing up as he watched every game with unyielding passion.  Upon graduating high school, Jeff attended a junior college in west Texas where he received a full scholarship as a cheer leader.  He never planned on this but a scholarship was a scholarship, and with his ready ability to tumble and do stunts, he fit right in.  At 19 years old he was invited by a modeling agency to live and work in New York City - a fitness agency - Jeff gained substantial muscular weight and drove his way from Texas to the north east to begin his career.  Fitness modeling wasn't the direction Jeff saw himself going, so he began taking acting classes... and fell in love.  It was from then until now that Jeff has had an insatiable appetite for this art.  With initial success from a Fringe Festival show called 'Devil Boys From Beyond,' which won Most-Outstanding Play and was nominated for a GLAAD Award, and soon taken off-Broadway at New World Stages, that his career truly began.  Jeff has graduated from William Esper Studios two-year Meisner Technique Conservatory, and is now paying his dues for a career that leaves him feeling more and more alive every day.
